Congress and conference

# Congress and conference management platform

A congress means a dense programme, rooms to fill without overflowing and speakers to showcase. meetNwin manages the programme, workshop registration and on-site displays.

## What organisers face

### Rooms too full or too empty

Without workshop registration, there is no way to plan.

### A programme that changes

Every change must be reflected everywhere.

### Speakers to present

Bios and times must be up to date on the website.

### Static signage

Printed posters do not follow changes.
