# The meetNwin platform

One event, one or more sessions, visitors, exhibitors and speakers who each have their own journey: meetNwin adapts to the format of each event, from a one-day show to a national tour.

## Key concepts

### Event and sessions

The event brings together one or more sessions: roadshow stops, days, themed shows, each with its own dates, venue and programme.

### Roles and sub-categories

Visitor, exhibitor, speaker, on-site staff, and your own sub-categories (for example “decision-maker” or “premium exhibitor”).

### Tailored forms

One form per role or sub-category, with conditional fields and fields used for recommendations.

### Validation

Each registration and each company goes through a workflow: pending, approved, refused or blocked.

### A website per event

One hosted website per event, or one per session, with your texts, colours and languages.

### Delegated access

Per-event rights for your colleagues, partners or an agency.

From the event website or a widget embedded in your own site.
