Multi-city roadshow

# Organise a roadshow across several cities

A roadshow is the same event repeated in several cities. In meetNwin, each stop is a session of the event, with its own dates, venue, programme and registrants.

## What organisers face

### As many files as stops

One list per city, impossible to consolidate at the end of the tour.

### Participants on several stops

An exhibitor following the whole tour registers several times.

### Information specific to each city

Address, times, programme and visuals change from one stop to the next.

### Hard to follow up

Comparing stops means re-entering everything.

## What meetNwin brings

- One session per stop, with its own dates, venue and programme
- Registration for one or more stops on the same form
- Or a separate registration link per stop
- One website for the whole tour, or one per stop
- Statistics per stop and overall

## Frequently asked questions

### Can a participant register for several stops?

Yes, if you choose so: they tick several sessions on the same form. You can also allow only one stop per registration.

### Can each city have its own website?

Yes: the website can be the event's, listing every stop, or one website per session with its own content.

### Can visuals change by stop?

Yes, a session can have its own visuals; otherwise it uses the event's.
