Your participants trust you with their details. meetNwin limits access, exposes only what is needed and places no trackers on event websites.

## Access per event

Each team member only accesses the events entrusted to them, with only the rights they need.

## No password for participants

Participants log in with a one-time code sent by e-mail.

## Only what is needed in public

The website and API never publish exhibitors' e-mail or phone, and only the name and job title of speakers.

## Tracker-free websites

No advertising cookies or third-party analytics; external videos load only on click.

## AI under control

The MCP server is closed by default; registration by an assistant requires confirmation and is limited in number.

## Hosted in Europe

Data hosted and processed in the European Union. Communications encrypted with TLS.

## Who is responsible for what

The organiser is the controller of its participants' data; KLICAT SAS, publisher of meetNwin, acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR.
