# meetNwin

> Inscriptions, exposants, rendez-vous d'affaires, programme et site de l'événement : meetNwin gère vos salons, roadshows et conférences de A à Z.

meetNwin is a French SaaS for organisers of professional events: trade shows, roadshows (one event with several sessions in different cities or dates), business meetings, congresses and recurring workshops. An event contains one or more sessions, each with its own dates, venue and programme. Participants register through configurable forms (conditional fields, company lookup, one form per role: visitor, exhibitor, speaker, on-site staff, with event-specific sub-categories), then the organiser validates, refuses or blocks each registration. Exhibitor companies have a referent and collaborators. The programme mixes conferences, workshops, breaks and meeting slots, with capacities and optional registration. The server also manages one-to-one and exhibitor-to-exhibitor meeting requests, presence scans, an exhibitor catalogue with quotes and online card payment, floor plans with stand slots, digital signage screens, automations (e-mail, webhook) and dashboards with Excel export. Each event gets a hosted website (22 templates, exhibitors by category, multilingual) plus embeddable widgets, a public API and an MCP server for AI assistants. Not included today: printed badges and entrance access control; the participant self-service space (requesting meetings, managing an exhibitor showcase online) is not yet available.
